This alone is going to make this my new go to work-out program.ĭay 2 - The Big Burn. Having gotten used to the 30 minute videos on BOD, I can honestly say that I forgot how important those were. I loved the longer warm up and cool down. I pretty much stayed on level 1 most of the time, sometimes level 2. But for most, the harder levels usually incorporates more balance such as raising one leg or something. Some of the moves, the harder level just has heavier weight. Level 1 is the easy version, 2 is medium and 3 is the hard version of the move. The three different people each do their own level. Then do 5 new moves, repeat them, then 5 new moves and repeat them. You do 5 moves: shoulders, chest, back, triceps, and biceps. This was listed as a total-body resistance workout, but really it was upper-body.

There are 7 workouts plus a short ab ripper video.ĭay 1 for me was Toughen Up. In this program the videos are all about an hour, some a little less like in the 45 minute range.

Of course a lot of that is on me, life gets in the way and all that. But honestly, I haven't really committed to any of them. And I have been doing some videos on my subscription to BOD. I am now 37 years old and have a family and run a business. I first did P90X over ten years ago and loved it. If people like what I post then I can review other videos as I do them. But I just started this program so wanted to give some thoughts on it.
